Back to Blighty... (July 2011)

As a family we had been away from England for over eight months, and a trip back to meet old (and new) family and friends was long awaited...

 Cousins were reunited...

We had a very busy time, as we ...

... caught up with friends,

 ... visited some nostalgic places,

had some British seaside fun,

... enjoyed some good old fashioned British grub,

.... visited Sweden for a best friends´ wedding, where Rob completed his best-man duties,

... had new homes to explore,

... and celebrated Nana and Bobbie´s 40th Anniversary.

 

After 6 flights, 7 different beds, a fair amount of driving, we managed to reunite with so many of our family and friends.  We take back to Rio many happy memories and a few extra pounds!
